1-2-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
2 limes
2 tablespoons orange liquer
2 bottles of light beer
Boil ginger, water and sugar over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour into glass and place in fridge until cool. Then, strain mixture and divide between two glasses. Add juice of 1 lime and 1 tbsp. liqueur, then fill each glass with beer and stir.
